129 Timing Chain Tension Spring

It is essential that new Tension Springs are fitted if incorrect adjustment has resulted in the old ones having been cut by the Chain.  These are fitted as a pair and they effectively tension the small sprocket on all Singer Overhead Camshaft Engines.

Note - some 1.5ltr cross flow Engines do not use a Tension Spring arrangement and instead they have a small Coil Spring (our item 259).
